Scans for any player which can be attacked for religion or clan wars all over the world. Tells you player name and name of region. The scanned player will receive this message "You feel a chill run down your spine." If magic scanner has not found the potential enemy it will not be spent. You can be hidden from scanner search by the use of Magical Cloud Sphere (Anti-locator).

Tells the location of a random player, which can be attacked for religion or clan war, in the same region as you. Specifies name, length of a route and direction of movement to the target. The opponent is not notified about search. Compass cannot be used in a fight or in peace zones. If no one is located the compas is not spent, and the character receives Gloom effect for 10 seconds which does not allow use of compass. You can be hidden from compass search by the use of Magical Cloud Sphere (Anti-locator).

Lets you know names, religious and clan attributes of players entering the square where this device is set. Mirror will notify you of any player entering the location, even players without religion. You can only set one mirror. You can set mirror on the same square as other mirrors with no problem. Mirrors are only active while the character who set them is online.

A beacon of death is set in the square where potion is used. Only one beacon of death can be set, additional uses will move the beacon to the last square it was used at. You can't use a beacon of death on a ship, in quest zones and clan lands. After death you are returned to beacon of death, instead of home star. The beacon of death does not work if you die on another continent.

Teleport - Teleports you to a random location in the town. Cannot be used across continents or during a fight. Return To Beacon - Teleports you to the square you set your beacon. Does not work across continents, or in a fight. |
Immediate change of religion, regardless of a cooldown timer on altar. The religion will not change back. The cooldown timer to change at the altar will be reset back to 7 days. The cup can be used by players without religion to adopt religion.

Blocks the chosen corpse of any character by one kind of magic for a day (cold, flame or lightning).
You can't return a blocked corpse by the use of Returners or Search Party. No one can loot it, or apply another blocker. You can only unblock by using Unblock Corpse of the corresponding element. There is no way to tell which element was used block the corpse. Unblockers will be spent, no matter if they are the correct element and unblock the corpse or not. Unblock Corpse potions can be bought from platinum alchemist, or brewed using corresponding recipes. |

Used in laboratory to extract essences from gear (as a result of extracting, the equipment is destroyed). To remove an essence from gear so you can put a different essence on it, in your inventory, drag and drop the essenced item on to the Extractor, the item will not be destroyed.

Allows the melting of any drops (equipment, ingredients, srolls, etc) into gold bars (weight = 0, sold to potion shop for 8 gold each) for more compact storage during long trips into field.

Used for harvest of herbs (base chance parameter = 10%). Mower is activated or deactivated by double clicking. Once activated mower attempts to harvest herb crops in your location. Uses are spent with each attempt to harvest, if it has been successful or not, and whether there is a crop in the location or not.

One of the engaged characters ends the engagement (which was formed by an exchange of Engagement Rings) by using this. As a result of this procedure the rings from flowers slot of both characters disappear. This does NOT remove a wedding certificate, you will need to talk to a pastor about getting a divorce.

Once used, you have 72 hours to complete all 5 attempts, if all 5 are not used then the remaining attempts are lost after the time runs out. Click the "Reset" button, under the inventory button, make the changes, then click the Apply button (shown as a tick), the reset attempt is complete and the effect level is reduced by one. You may need to relog DS client for changes to take effect.

Summons a pet of level zero (guild level 0, regular level of pet cannot be less than the level of the owner). You can have one of each type of pet, but only one can be active at a time. Active pet cannot be swapped during a fight. More details here.
